There have been some very good criticisms of it that I agree with. Also, I do take issue with the movement’s use of the word “occupy” as if that word doesn’t have a whole loaded history behind it. So I’ve been a bit hesitant to be really enthusiastic about completely supporting it. 

However, I do very much agree with the basic sentiment driving the movement. I am planning on going to a General Assembly for the ones in my area (Occupy Amherst and Occupy Northampton), so I can experience it firsthand, hopefully get to talk to some people there about these criticisms and see how they respond.
