summer project! I’ve been a big fan of herb infused oil for a while but living in the dorms has made it hard for me to make them for a while, since I don’t always have a safe, sunny place to put them in. I’m gonna have access to a big wide porch and backyard this summer that get lots of sun, so I can’t wait to make some again. It’d be great to have some infusions on hand for my back pain, headaches, and for stress relief.
**obv, do lots of research and ask questions when using herbs since they range from very mild to really toxic; this link has a list of herbs that you can try. and also if you’re gonna try this and you’re on hormonal birth control some herbs screw around with some types of birth control and make them less effective; I’m using Nuvaring and I have to steer clear of St John’s Wort! D:
