I need to get to that. I don’t want to lose weight. It I always feel drained and exhausted lately.
I was feeling the same way; for a long time I attributed it to just being tired from school and work, but the fact that I wasn’t moving enough definitely was a big part of it, because I feel 10000000X better now
and for me, it’s become a lot easier to have a positive attitude toward exercising now that I think of it in terms of being healthy and feeling good as opposed to trying to reach a goal weight
